Andre Carroll

Andre Carroll is an American politician serving as a member of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for the 201st district. Born in Philadelphia and raised in Germantown, he graduated from Germantown High School and earned an associate degree in business administration from Peirce College. After an initial unsuccessful run in 2022, Carroll won a special election in 2024 to fill a vacancy. As a legislator, he has advocated for criminal justice reform, including criticism of the cash bail system and support for legislation to provide free phone calls for incarcerated individuals.
