Andrea Jenkyns

Andrea Jenkyns is a British politician serving as the Mayor of Greater Lincolnshire since May 2025. Previously, she served as the Conservative Member of Parliament for Morley and Outwood from 2015 to 2024, during which time she held roles as a Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State for Skills. A prominent Eurosceptic and vocal critic of Theresa May's Brexit strategy, she later defected to Reform UK in 2024. Jenkyns is known for her outspoken political views, including her rejection of the scientific consensus on climate change, and she was appointed a Dame Commander of the Order of the British Empire in 2023.
