Since May 2026, she has served as State Secretary in the Baden-Württemberg Ministry of Finance, having previously held the position of State Secretary in the Ministry for Regional Development and Housing from 2021 to 2026. A member of Alliance 90/The Greens since 1998, she has represented the Esslingen constituency in the state parliament since 2011. Lindlohr holds a degree in political science and sociology and previously worked as a parliamentary advisor for the Green faction.
