Andrea Murari is an Italian politician currently serving as the Mayor of Mantua, having assumed office in May 2026. He holds a master's degree in philosophy from the San Raffaele University in Rome. Before his election as mayor, Murari served as a municipal councilor in Mantua starting in 2010 and held the position of municipal secretary for the Democratic Party from 2012 to 2015. He also served as an assessor for urban planning, environment, and private construction under Mayor Mattia Palazzi.
