Andreas Hugo Pareira is an Indonesian politician and academic currently serving as a member of the House of Representatives (DPR-RI) representing the East Nusa Tenggara I electoral district. A long-time member of the Indonesian Democratic Party of Struggle (PDI-P), he has held various leadership roles within the party, including positions related to human development, culture, and international relations. Before his full-time political career, he was a lecturer in International Relations at Parahyangan Catholic University and Padjadjaran University. He holds a doctorate in International Relations from the University of Giessen in Germany. Currently, he serves as the Deputy Chair of Commission XIII and the Chair of the MPR-RI Assessment Agency.
