Andrew Tyrie, Baron Tyrie, is a British politician and life peer who currently sits in the House of Lords as a non-affiliated member. Previously, he served as the Conservative Member of Parliament for Chichester from 1997 to 2017, during which time he chaired the influential Treasury Select Committee and the Liaison Committee. Known as a liberal conservative, he also served as the chair of the Competition and Markets Authority from 2018 to 2020.
