Angel Charley

Angel Charley is an American politician serving as a member of the New Mexico Senate, having been elected to represent District 30 in 2024. Of Native American descent, she previously served as a leader of the Coalition to Stop Violence Against Native Women and held a position on an Albuquerque commission. Her legislative career began as part of a historic majority-female New Mexico legislature. Charley is known for her advocacy work regarding Indigenous issues and community safety.
