Angela Browning is a British Conservative politician and life peer who has served as a member of the House of Lords since 2010. Previously, she represented Tiverton and later Tiverton and Honiton as a Member of Parliament from 1992 to 2010. During her parliamentary career, she held several government positions, including Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State at the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food and Minister for Crime Prevention and Anti-Social Behaviour Reduction. Before entering politics, she worked in adult education, nursing, and management consultancy.
