Anita Kucharska-Dziedzic

Anita Kucharska-Dziedzic is a Polish politician, academic, and social activist serving as a member of the Sejm of the Republic of Poland since 2019. A scholar in literary studies with a doctorate from Jagiellonian University, she previously worked as an assistant professor at the University of Zielona Góra. Throughout her career, she has been a prominent advocate for women's rights and social equality, notably founding the BABA Association for Women. Politically, she has been a key figure within the Left (Lewica) coalition, focusing on legislative work, civil society, and environmental protection.
