Joanna Wicha

Joanna Wicha is a Polish politician, nurse, and trade union activist serving as a member of the Sejm of the Republic of Poland since 2023. With over 35 years of experience in the healthcare sector, she holds a master's degree in sociology from the University of Warsaw. Before her election to parliament, she was active in the Razem party and involved in various social initiatives, including the All-Poland Trade Union of Nurses and Midwives. Wicha focuses on healthcare policy and social issues, having transitioned to the New Left party in 2026 after previously serving as a member of the Lewica Razem faction.
