Anna Giacometti

Anna Giacometti is a Swiss politician and former foreign service officer who has served as a member of the National Council since 2019. Born in Samedan, she previously worked for the Federal Department of Foreign Affairs in Lisbon and Milan before operating a farm. From 2010 to 2020, she served as the first mayor of the municipality of Bregaglia, gaining national recognition for her leadership during the 2017 Bondo landslide crisis.
