Annette Bronsvoort

Annette Bronsvoort is a Dutch politician and jurist who has served as the Mayor of Oost Gelre since April 3, 2014. A member of the Labour Party (PvdA), she previously had an extensive legal career, including roles as a public prosecutor and advocate general at the Leeuwarden Court of Appeal. She gained national attention for her work on the Marianne Vaatstra case during her time as chief public prosecutor in Leeuwarden. Beyond her mayoral duties, she is involved in the Prins Bernhard Cultuurfonds in Gelderland.
