Antti Kaikkonen

Antti Kaikkonen is a Finnish politician who has served as the chair of the Centre Party since June 2024. A long-standing member of the Parliament of Finland representing Uusimaa since 2003, he previously served as the Minister of Defence from 2019 to 2023. Throughout his career, Kaikkonen has held various leadership roles, including chair of the Centre Party's parliamentary group. In 2013, he was convicted of charges related to campaign financing, for which he received a conditional sentence. He is known for his focus on national security and immigration policy.
