Any Ortiz

Any Ortiz is a Brazilian politician and lawyer currently serving as a member of the Chamber of Deputies. Born in Canoas, Rio Grande do Sul, she previously served two terms as a state deputy in the Legislative Assembly of Rio Grande do Sul. A graduate of the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio Grande do Sul, she began her political career as a city councilor in Porto Alegre. Throughout her career, she has been known for her advocacy on fiscal responsibility, including successful efforts to end lifetime pensions for former state governors and special retirement benefits for state deputies.
