Arkadiusz Myrcha is a Polish politician, lawyer, and legal advisor serving as a Member of the Sejm since 2015. He currently holds the position of Secretary of State in the Ministry of Justice and chairs the Sejm Committee on Justice and Human Rights. A graduate of Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń, he earned a doctorate in legal sciences from SWPS University in 2023. Before his parliamentary career, he practiced law and served as a city councilor in Toruń. His legislative work has focused extensively on judicial and legislative processes.
