Arnaud Bazin

Arnaud Bazin is a French politician and veterinarian who has served as a Senator for the Val-d'Oise department since 2017. A member of The Republicans, he previously held significant local offices, including Mayor of Persan and President of the Val-d'Oise Departmental Council. In 2022, he gained national prominence as the president of the Senate inquiry commission investigating the influence of private consulting firms on public policy, a role for which he received an ethics award from the association Anticor in 2023.
