Arsen Bauk is a Croatian politician and a long-serving member of the Croatian Parliament, currently representing the 1st constituency. A member of the center-left Social Democratic Party of Croatia (SDP), he previously served as the Minister of Public Administration in the Cabinet of Zoran Milanović from 2011 to 2016. Throughout his parliamentary career, which began in 2008, he has held various leadership roles, including Chairperson of the Defence Committee. He holds a degree in mathematics and computer science from the University of Zagreb.
