Arthur L. Bell

Arthur L. Bell is an American politician serving as a member of the Maine House of Representatives since December 2020. Representing Yarmouth, he currently serves in his third consecutive term within the 132nd Legislature. Before entering public office, Bell had a career in corporate finance. During his legislative tenure, he has focused on environmental policy, electoral reform, housing, and community development, notably sponsoring legislation to join the National Popular Vote Interstate Compact. He serves on the Environment and Natural Resources Committee.
