Artur Łakomiec

Artur Łakomiec is a Polish local government official and politician serving as the Mayor of Ostrowiec Świętokrzyski. He previously worked for over a decade in the district office of Ostrowiec Świętokrzyski as an internal auditor and held managerial roles in municipal utility companies, including vice-president of Miejska Energetyka Cieplna and president of Miejskie Wodociągi i Kanalizacja. In January 2023, he assumed the office of deputy mayor of the city, and in the 2024 local elections, he was elected mayor in the first round of voting with 58.20% of the vote.
