増山あすか

Asuka Masuyama is a Japanese politician currently serving as a member of the Tokyo Metropolitan Assembly. After graduating from Chuo University, she worked in legal affairs for companies including Manulife Life Insurance and SoftBank. She began her political career as a member of the Fuchu City Council, where she served three consecutive terms and held various leadership roles, including committee chairmanships. Elected to the Tokyo Metropolitan Assembly in 2024, she focuses on policies related to child-rearing support, disaster prevention, urban infrastructure, and the promotion of local commerce. She is active in the Liberal Democratic Party's policy research council and serves on the assembly's General Affairs Committee.
