Asuman Erdoğan is a Turkish politician and educator currently serving as a Member of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey for Ankara, representing the Justice and Development Party (AK Party). Born in 1980 in Ankara, she graduated from Boğaziçi University with a degree in foreign languages. Before entering politics, she worked as an English teacher in state schools. Throughout her political career, she has held various leadership roles within the AK Party, including positions in the Youth Branches and the Central Decision and Administration Board (MKYK), as well as serving as a deputy head for civil society and foreign relations. She is fluent in French and English and is a mother of five.
