Aundré Bumgardner is an American politician currently serving as a member of the Connecticut House of Representatives for the 41st district. First elected in 2014 as a Republican, he became the youngest person ever elected to the state House at age 20. After leaving the Republican Party in 2018, he later returned to the legislature as a Democrat in 2022. Between his terms in the state House, he served on the Groton Town Council from 2018 to 2023. His legislative work has focused on climate change, energy policy, and environmental justice.
