Awang Bemee Awang Ali Basah is a Malaysian politician, lawyer, and the 21st President of the Dewan Negara and Senator. He previously served as a Member of the Sarawak State Legislative Assembly for Nangka from 1996 to 2011. A long-standing member of Parti Pesaka Bumiputera Bersatu, he has also practiced as an advocate and solicitor since 1984 and holds various corporate and leadership roles.
