小林あや

Aya Kobayashi is a Japanese politician currently serving her second term as a member of the Nagano Prefectural Assembly. Before her election to the prefectural assembly in 2021, she served four terms as a member of the Matsumoto City Council. Her policy focus includes promoting women's empowerment, work-life balance, digital transformation (ICT), and transportation infrastructure development. She holds a Master of Public Policy degree from Meiji University and has a background in education and counseling. Kobayashi is dedicated to fostering regional dialogue and improving public services for the residents of Matsumoto and Higashichikuma.
