丹羽あゆみ

Ayumi Niwa is a Japanese politician currently serving as a member of the Gunma Prefectural Assembly, representing the Midori constituency. After graduating from Hosei University, she worked as a radio personality and founded her own staffing company, Arm Staff Co., Ltd., in 2002. Motivated by a desire to improve working conditions for women, she entered politics, serving as a member of the Midori City Council before being elected to the Gunma Prefectural Assembly in April 2023. She emphasizes a policy approach of listening to local voices and translating them into concrete regional actions.
