Ayyüce Türkeş Taş is a Turkish economist and politician currently serving as a Member of the Grand National Assembly representing Adana. Born in Ankara, she holds degrees in economics from Bilkent University, an MBA from Bilgi University, and a doctorate in banking from Marmara University. Before entering politics, she worked as an economist and banking expert in New York. As the daughter of Nationalist Movement Party founder Alparslan Türkeş, she has been a vocal critic of the current MHP leadership, arguing that it has strayed from its original ideological roots. She was elected to parliament in 2023 and subsequently ran as the İYİ Party candidate for mayor of Adana in 2024.
