GULIYEV Azay Ajdar oglu

Azay Ajdar oglu Guliyev is an Azerbaijani politician currently serving as a Member of the National Assembly of Azerbaijan, representing the First Binagadi Constituency No 8. He is an independent member of parliament and holds significant roles within the legislative body, including membership in the Committee for Law Policy and State-Building and the Committee for Public Associations and Religious Institutions. Beyond his domestic legislative duties, Guliyev is active in international parliamentary diplomacy, notably serving as a member of the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly and leading the working group for Azerbaijani-Romanian interparliamentary relations.
