Bùi Xuân Hải is a Vietnamese politician currently serving as a Deputy to the National Assembly of Vietnam for the 16th tenure (2026–2031). He was elected during the national parliamentary elections held in March 2026. As a member of the legislative body, he participates in the deliberation and enactment of national policies and laws within the Vietnamese political system.
