Be Trung Anh is a Vietnamese politician, educator, and researcher of Tay ethnicity. He currently serves as a Deputy to the National Assembly of Vietnam representing Dak Lak province and holds a position as a full-time member of the National Assembly's Committee for Delegate Affairs. With over 30 years of experience in higher education and scientific research, he previously served as the Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Council at the Academy of Ethnic Minorities. He holds a PhD in Sociology and is a recognized expert in ethnic policy and social development in Vietnam.
