Phạm Thúy Chinh

Pham Thuy Chinh is a Vietnamese politician currently serving as a Deputy to the 15th National Assembly of Vietnam representing Ha Giang province. She holds the position of Deputy Chair of the Committee on Finance and Budget of the National Assembly. With over two decades of experience in legislative work, she previously served as Deputy Chair of the Office of the National Assembly and held various leadership roles within the Communist Party and administrative bodies in Lao Cai province. She holds a Master's degree in Law and is recognized for her extensive background in legislative and administrative management.
