Duong Van Thang is a Lieutenant General in the Vietnam People's Army and a prominent judicial official. He currently serves as the Deputy Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Court of Vietnam, Chief Justice of the Central Military Court, and is a Deputy to the 16th National Assembly of Vietnam representing Ho Chi Minh City. Born in 1969 in Hanoi, he holds a doctorate in law and has held various leadership positions within the military judicial system, including his appointment as a Supreme People's Court Justice in 2019. He is also a member of the National Assembly's Committee on Judicial Affairs.
