Phạm Văn Thanh

Pham Van Thanh is a Major General in the Vietnam People's Army and a prominent political figure currently serving as the Commander of the Military Command of Vinh Long Province. Born in 1971 in Dong Thap Province, he has held significant leadership roles in local military and party structures, including serving as the Commander of the Military Command of Dong Thap Province. In 2026, he was promoted to the rank of Major General and appointed to the Standing Committee of the Vinh Long Provincial Party Committee for the 2025–2030 term, where he continues to oversee regional defense and security operations.
