Trần Hoàng Ngân

Trần Hoàng Ngân is a Vietnamese politician, economist, and academic currently serving as a Deputy to the National Assembly of Vietnam. An Associate Professor and Doctor of Economics, he has held significant leadership roles in academia, including serving as the rector of the University of Finance and Marketing and as a director at the Ho Chi Minh City Cadre Academy. Throughout his career, he has contributed to national policy as a member of the Prime Minister's Economic Advisory Group and as an assistant to the Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee. He is recognized for his expertise in finance and banking, having authored extensive research on commercial banking efficiency in Vietnam.
