Babu Singh Kushwaha

Babu Singh Kushwaha is an Indian politician currently serving as a Member of the Lok Sabha for the Jaunpur constituency, having been elected in 2024 on a Samajwadi Party ticket. He also serves as the deputy leader of the Samajwadi Party in the Lok Sabha. Previously, he was a prominent figure in the Bahujan Samaj Party and served as a cabinet minister in the Uttar Pradesh government under Mayawati. In 2016, he founded the Jan Adhikar Party, which advocates for social justice and proportional representation based on population.
