Baek Yeong-hyeon is a South Korean politician currently serving as the Mayor of Pocheon. A career civil servant, he held various administrative positions within the Pocheon City government, including serving as the head of Seondan-dong and Soheul-eup, before entering politics. He was elected as the Mayor of Pocheon in 2022 and re-elected in 2026. Baek is a member of the People Power Party and holds a master's degree in law from Daejin University.
