Baftjar Zeqaj
Profile
Baftjar Zeqaj is an Albanian politician and current Member of Parliament. He holds a degree in Geology and Petroleum Engineering from the University of Tirana and a master's degree in Administrative Sciences. Before entering national politics, he served as the Mayor of Patos, the head of the Socialist Party in Fier, and the Prefect of Fier County. He notably served as the Mayor of Fier for three consecutive terms, elected in 2003, 2007, and 2011. Throughout his career, he has focused on local governance and regional development in the Fier area.
