Bamidele Salam is a Nigerian politician, lawyer, and journalist serving as a Member of the House of Representatives for the 9th and 10th National Assemblies representing the Ede North, Ede South, Egbedore, and Ejigbo Federal Constituency of Osun State. Prior to his election to federal office, he worked as a news reporter, served as chairman of the Nigeria Union of Journalists in Osun State, and was elected chairman of Egbedore Local Government. In parliament, he has sponsored several legislative bills including the National Volunteer Services Agency Bill and chaired the House Committee on Public Accounts.
