Barbara Janke, Baroness Janke, is a British politician and life peer who has served as a member of the House of Lords since 2014. A former teacher of economics and modern languages, she was the first non-Labour leader of the Bristol City Council in decades, where she focused on cross-party administration and local governance reform.
