Bartłomiej Sienkiewicz is a Polish politician and historian currently serving as a Member of the European Parliament. A great-grandson of the Nobel Prize-winning author Henryk Sienkiewicz, he was active in the democratic opposition during the 1980s. He previously served as the Minister of the Interior from 2013 to 2014 and as the Minister of Culture and National Heritage from 2023 to 2024. Throughout his career, he has been involved in state security analysis and think-tank leadership, including co-founding the Centre for Eastern Studies.
