Batshugar Enkhbayar is a Mongolian politician and banker currently serving as the Minister of Digital Development, Innovation, and Communications. Born in Ulaanbaatar to former President Nambaryn Enkhbayar, he holds a degree in finance and economics from Bentley University. Before entering politics, he worked as an investment banker at JPMorgan Chase and served as deputy governor of the Bank of Mongolia. He was elected to the State Great Khural in 2021 and re-elected in 2024, previously chairing the Standing Committee on Innovation and E-Policy.
