Batshugar Enkhbayar is a Mongolian politician and banker currently serving as the Minister of Digital Development, Innovation, and Communications. Born in Ulaanbaatar, he is the son of former Mongolian President Nambaryn Enkhbayar. After graduating from Bentley University with a degree in finance and economics, he worked as an investment banker at JPMorgan Chase. He later served as deputy governor of the Bank of Mongolia and was elected to the State Great Khural in 2021, where he chaired the Standing Committee on Innovation and E-Policy before his ministerial appointment in 2025.
