Enkhbayaryn Batshugar is a Mongolian politician and banker serving as a member of the State Great Khural representing the Songino Khairkhan constituency. Born in Ulaanbaatar as the son of former Mongolian President Nambaryn Enkhbayar, he graduated from Bentley University with a degree in finance and economics and worked as an investment banker at JPMorgan Chase before entering public service. He previously served as the deputy governor of the Bank of Mongolia and chairman of the Standing Committee on Innovation and E-Policy, and was later appointed as Minister of Digital Development, Innovation, and Communications.
