Ben Adams

Ben Adams is an American politician currently serving as a member of the Idaho Senate representing the 12th district. Born in Jupiter, Florida, and raised in Kyiv before moving to Emmett, Idaho, Adams served in the United States Marine Corps, completing two deployments to Afghanistan and reaching the rank of sergeant. Before his legislative career, he worked as a high school football coach and a project manager. First elected to the Idaho House of Representatives in 2020, he transitioned to the State Senate in 2022 and was re-elected in 2024. He is known for his legislative focus on constitutional authority, including his sponsorship of the Defend the Guard act.
