Ben Bowman

Ben Bowman is an American politician serving as the Majority Leader of the Oregon House of Representatives. Representing the 25th district, which includes Tigard and parts of Durham and Beaverton, he was first elected to the House in 2022. Prior to his legislative service, Bowman made history as the youngest person ever elected to the Tigard-Tualatin school board, where he also served as the first openly LGBTQ+ chair. He continues to focus on education and community advocacy within the Oregon legislature.
