Ben Bumgarner

Ben Bumgarner is an American politician currently serving as a member of the Texas House of Representatives for the 63rd District, representing southern Denton County. A businessman and owner of Evolve Weapon Systems, he previously served on the Flower Mound Town Council, including a term as Mayor Pro Tem. In the Texas Legislature, he has focused on issues such as public safety and government accountability, notably supporting the impeachment of Ken Paxton and the expulsion of Bryan Slaton. He has also advocated for legislative reforms regarding committee chairmanships and has sponsored legislation to regulate massage therapy businesses.
