Benjamin W. Robbins is an American politician currently serving as a Republican member of the Alabama House of Representatives for District 33. A seventh-generation Alabama native and attorney, he previously worked as a legislative correspondent for U.S. Senator Richard Shelby and founded his own law firm in Sylacauga. After an unsuccessful bid in 2018, Robbins was elected to the state legislature in a 2021 special election. He serves on the Judiciary Committee and the Boards, Agencies, and Commissions Committee.
