Benjamin Jakobsen

Benjamin Jakobsen is a Norwegian politician representing the Labour Party. Born in 1996, he has served as a member of the municipal council of Askøy since 2015. In national politics, he was elected as a deputy representative to the Storting from the constituency of Hordaland in the 2021 election. He has served as a permanent member of the Storting since June 2023, replacing other representatives, and previously held a seat on the Standing Committee on Scrutiny and Constitutional Affairs. Outside of his legislative duties, he is an employee of the Norwegian Humanist Association.
