Bernd Mettenleiter is a German politician and a member of the Landtag of Baden-Württemberg, representing the Alliance 90/The Greens. A biologist by training, he previously worked as a teacher at the Gymnasium Achern. In 2025, he assumed the presidency of the Upper Rhine Council, where he advocates for cross-border climate adaptation and infrastructure development.
