Betzabé Martínez Arango

Betzabé Martínez Arango is a Mexican politician and psychologist currently serving as the Municipal President of Gómez Palacio, Durango, for the 2025–2028 term. A member of the National Regeneration Movement (Morena), she previously served as a Federal Deputy in the LXVI Legislature of the Congress of the Union, representing Durango's 2nd district. Before her legislative career, she held administrative roles including director of the municipal DIF in Gómez Palacio and director of an IMSS daycare center. Her political career has focused on social welfare and community development initiatives.
