William F. Moen Jr. is an American politician serving as a member of the New Jersey General Assembly representing the 5th Legislative District since 2020. Upon his election, he became the youngest legislator in the Assembly at that time. Prior to his state-level service, Moen served on the Camden County Board of Chosen Freeholders from 2016 to 2019. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from Rowan University and a Master of Public Administration from the University of Pennsylvania. A resident of Bellmawr, he has been active in local community initiatives, including coaching youth baseball.
