Bipin Singh is an Indian politician currently serving as a member of the 18th Legislative Assembly of Uttar Pradesh. Representing the Gorakhpur Rural constituency, he is a member of the Bharatiya Janata Party. Singh began his political career as a block pramukh in Kaudiram, a position he held for ten years. He was first elected as an MLA in 2017 and notably offered to resign his seat that same year to facilitate the entry of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath into the state legislature.
